However, we understand that, like any digital service, our subscriptions may not always work perfectly for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience an issue that we are unable to resolve, making the service unusable, we will gladly offer a refund under the conditions below.

How to Request a Refund

Please send your order number with the subject line “Refund Request” and describe the issue you are experiencing along with the reason for your request. Please provide any supporting evidence so we can review the matter transparently and fairly.

If payment was made by credit card, refunds are usually processed and returned to the customer’s bank account within 20 to 31 business days.

However, in some cases, refund processing may take up to 90 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks.

Canada Plus acts solely as a digital service provider and not as the payment processor.
